Commander Paul is a specialist diver with thirty years of experience in the Indian Navy and is also a qualified Master (FG) in the Merchant Navy. He graduated from the National Defence Academy and is an alumnus of the prestigious Defence Services Staff College . He is an M.Phil. in the field of Management (Hospital and Health Systems) from BITS, Pilani and has been the Administrator of different hospitals. He is faculty for organizational development for MBA students and is a guest lecturer in strategic m anagement and organizational behavior. His extensive multi disciplinary expertise in both technical and administrative fields facilitates meaningful interaction with the industry for placement activities.
