Functions with the objective of placing the student on the right career path. The thrust area of the Placement Cell is to increase the employability of the student through add on, industry relevant courses towards which the college has signed Memoranda of Understanding with reputed industry leaders like ICICI Bank, HCL & other agencies. There is an in-housetraining facility for students, which prepares them to face interviews. Professionals from outside are also invited to impart training to the students. Value added programmes are conducted to enhance the technical and functional skills of students. Pre-placement talks by companies are organized regularly. These talks outline the career path and the required job profile. Written Tests, Group Discussions and Interviews are conducted based on the selection process of the company. Efforts are also made by the Placement Cell to arrange interviews for students at the headquarters of the companies in Bangalore, Chennai and Trivandrum. Over 50 companies visited the College so far. Some of these are, The South Indian Bank, AVT Group, ICICI Prudential, Cease Fire Industries, Eureka Forbes, Kals info, Citi Bank Shelters, Hp, Accenture, Glo Shipping, Standard Charted Bank, Info Media India Ltd., Progeon, The Leela, Shangir La, The Trident, Hilton, Reliance life insurance, Kotak Mahindra, Keane etc., The Placement Cell also arranges mini projects for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
