CMS College of Science and Commerce

The Chairman of the CMS Educational and Charitable Trust, Sri. M. P. Gopalakrishnan was nominated to the Syndicate of Bharathiar University by His Excellency, the Governor of Tamil Nadu in March 2009.
The institution became autonomous in the year 2007.
The Institution earned the ISO 9001:2000 Certification in April 2004.
The NSS Wing of the college won the Vice Chancellor’s Meritorious Service Award
The Junior Jaycee Wing of the college won the zone 17 Outstanding Junior Jaycee Wing Award for 2003 with a 7-star status.
